Who can participate in the Lisbon Blockchain Winter School?
The winter school is open to the scientific community and industry enthusiasts who look forward to deepening their knowledge in blockchain. We especially encourage PhD students who are in the beginning of their studies to apply.
What is the deadline for application?
The application deadline is November 9th, 2024.
What does the participation fee cover?
The participation fee covers registration and participation in the event, lunch, coffee breaks and snacks (10-14 February), welcome reception, social cocktail, and social dinner, as well as winter school materials, including diploma.
Is acommodation included in the participation fee?
Accommodation is not included in the registration fee. There are various accommodation alternatives near the winter LxBWS venue. You can find here some recommendations.
How do I apply for the Lisbon Blockchain Winter School?
Interested students need to apply by November 9th, 2024. The application must include a letter of interest with a short bio (max. 500 words). Click here to fill out the application form.
What is the number of attendees that will be offered a spot at the winter school?
From 50 up to 100 attendees will be offered a spot at the winter school.
When can I expect notification about my application?
All applications will be notified by November 15th, 2024.
